Brian is a longstanding authority & practitioner of the evolving business of Design & Architecture to data-driven and strategic based delivery models. He’s an advocate of BIM (Building Informational Modeling) and state-of-the-art Visualization techniques to bring smarter methods and techniques to the built environment. Mr. Dyches believes that digital construction methods and management can reduce environmental impacts and save up to 25% of construction costs.

As an industry thought leader Brian has addressed more than 40,000 executives in civic, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and financial industries, as well as leading retailers and manufacturers globally. He has shared his expertise with Bisnow Events, The National Retail Federation, ICSC, EuroShop, BrasilShop, GlobalShop, MAGIC/WWD, SEGD, American Express-Mexico, FENALCO-Colombia, Outdoor Retailer, SEMA, and POPAI Asia.

He currently sits on the VMSD Editorial Advisory Board, AIA San Diego TAP Council and in the recent past was SEGD San Diego Chapter Co-Chair; and Shop! Association Creative Collaborative & Technology Board Member. Brian writes the “Next Store” column in VMSD Magazine on retail technology strategies and future applications central to delivering great customer experience.

Brian also served as the International President & Chairman of the Retail Design Institute – a global non-profit professional association representing the retail experience & design community.

Blas has a background in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, and is an experienced AEC/BIM industry professional who currently serving as Ensemble’s LATAM Operations Director. His extensive knowledge of the industry and customers has been a valuable asset to the company’s expansion efforts.

Blas’s leadership skills and understanding of the LATAM market have contributed to the growth and development of various Ensemble projects. He has a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams. He is driven and ambitious, committed to making a meaningful impact in the industry by driving growth and innovation, and constantly seeking new ways to push boundaries.
