He’s an advocate of BIM (Building Informational Modeling) and state-of-the-art Visualization techniques to bring smarter methods and techniques to the built environment. Mr. Dyches believes that digital construction methods and management can reduce environmental impacts and save up to 25% of construction costs.

As an industry thought leader Brian has addressed more than 40,000 executives in civic, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and financial industries, as well as leading retailers and manufacturers globally. He has shared his expertise with Bisnow Events, The National Retail Federation, ICSC, EuroShop, BrasilShop, GlobalShop, MAGIC/WWD, SEGD, American Express-Mexico, FENALCO-Colombia, Outdoor Retailer, SEMA, and POPAI Asia.

He currently sits on the VMSD Editorial Advisory Board, AIA San Diego TAP Council and in the recent past was SEGD San Diego Chapter Co-Chair; and Shop! Association Creative Collaborative & Technology Board Member. Brian writes the “Next Store” column in VMSD Magazine on retail technology strategies and future applications central to delivering great customer experience.

Brian also served as the International President & Chairman of the Retail Design Institute – a global non-profit professional association representing the retail experience & design community.

Sharon is a seasoned creative and design thinker. I love to lead teams with the core belief that the built environment is where every part of a brand comes together. I’ve successfully lead the design, development and direction for new global concepts, branded experiences and innovations connecting the dots of a journey before, during and after for the enjoyment and engagement of the consumer. As a huge collaborator, I’m a believer that cross-functional teams successfully bring a brand to life embodying its red thread through storytelling and clarity of purpose – the customer is at the center of all decisions.

As a design thinker, speaker and influencer, I bring together people with varying perspectives, backgrounds and points-of-view to create unexpected experiences that inspire meaningful human and transformational connections. I combine discipline and intuition to provoke the norm, getting to the essence of a problem. Some call it edge; I call it insight.

Marco is an architect and designer with extensive experience in developing Interior Design for restaurants, shopping centers, retail, office, and residential with unique personalities. 

As part of his responsibility of leading a design studio in Argentina, he is always adding value to spaces and the lives of people who are going to inhabit them.  His professional career includes more than 140 projected and completed architecture projects, some with great media coverage, positioning Marco and his studio as a referent in design, both in Argentina and the world.

Currently he’s leading the European branch of his studio focusing on the developing of project in the European market, as well as further developing the business in the US and MENA region.

Additionally, his experience extends to other markets besides Argentina and Spain, such as France, Belgium, Marocco, United Arab Emirates, United States, Mexico, Chile and Paraguay.

He is passionate about appropriating and understanding the spaces he works on and clients he works with.

Gabriela is an architect based in Argentina and has planned and executed more than 130 projects in Argentina, Spain, Belgium, France, Chile, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, and among others.

She often participates in speaking engagements with a focus on design that are motivational and inspirational for universities, conferences, and design events around the world.

Tim has a focus on seamless project delivery, he partners with clients to create impactful environments that elevate their brand through expert Interior Design, BIM, and Drawing Services.

James is a partner and holds architecture licenses in multiple states. His experience includes Workplace projects, MOB, Mixed-Use, Retail, and Industrial sectors. He also has a background in interior design.
