A new residential district in one of Bucharest’s fastest-growing urban areas, conceived as a ‘city within the city.’ The masterplan delivers a strong residential program anchored by a unique offer of communal and public plazas, retail, restaurants, green hubs, and community activities, all seamlessly linked to the residential fabric. The project creates a complete urban ecosystem where residents find everything they need within walking distance, without sacrificing the density and vibrancy of city life.

Hubtown is an intermodal mixed-use hub integrated with airport buildings and connected to major rail and road networks, a business park designed to function as a complete community. The complex comprises six buildings hosting gyms, a diagnostic center, a nursery, a supermarket, green spaces, and event areas, all organized to support both business productivity and everyday community life. The signature inverted-pyramid architecture minimizes direct sunlight exposure while maintaining expansive glazed facades, while natural materials and warm interior colors create welcoming spaces that balance professional and human needs.
