Located in Mendoza, Argentina, this restaurant concept was created with the focus of haute cuisine and culinary excellence. Inspired by the natural manifestations of the region, such as the mountain range, the rocks and the vineyards, its internal journey transformed with authenticity and functionality. We developed an experimental journey as a sequence of diverse spaces, ranging from a dynamic bar to a private lounge, facing the challenge of adapting it to the complex distribution of an old house.

Our goal was to transform this mansion into an urban icon near the main square, considering its construction more as an industrial design object than as a traditional architectural structure. Soberana is dedicated to those who seek a space where functionality merges with a revelatory experience.
