Located in the heart of world-famous Mendoza, Argentina—renowned as the capital of Argentinian wine country—Soberana stands as a testament to the transformative power of design. We reimagined an old residence by transforming it into an iconic culinary destination that has earned a coveted spot in the Michelin Guide.

This concept was created to celebrate haute cuisine and culinary excellence, drawing inspiration from Mendoza’s breathtaking natural surroundings, including the Andes mountain range, rocky terrains, and sprawling vineyards. Every detail of the interior speaks to the region’s authenticity, blending functionality with artistic expression.
Soberana’s design delivers an immersive dining experience worthy of the region’s celebrated wines and foods. The journey through its interiors is experimental yet cohesive, offering a sequence of diverse spaces—from a vibrant, dynamic bar to an intimate private lounge. These areas were meticulously designed to adapt to the complex layout of the historical house, elevating its character while maintaining its charm.
