Barilatte is the evolution of Heladería Bariloche, a project of Re-styling and Re-branding, not Re-invention. This established ice cream parlor in Córdoba, Argentina, wanted to transform itself through evolution, not revolution. The new branding with a change to its look and feel with a resurgence of its personality. Reinforcing their ice cream tradition, but also expressing strongly their desire to grow and change.
